Fifty years of government dietary guidelines, and the population keeps getting sicker. At some point, the question stops being "what am I doing wrong?" and starts being "what if the advice is wrong?"

About
I rebuilt my health from the ground up.
By 43 I had kidney stones, a fatty liver, and a gallbladder full of stones. I’d followed conventional dietary advice my entire adult life. It took years of research, testing, and getting things wrong before I figured out what actually works.
Now I work with people one-on-one to help them understand what’s going on with their health and find an approach that fits their life. Real food, honest guidance, no gimmicks.
The approach
One-on-one mentoring, grounded in real food.
I sit down with you, work out what’s going on, and help you find an approach that fits your life.
Built around whole food.
I take an ancestral approach to nutrition. Quality meat, natural fats, fewer processed carbohydrates. The kind of food humans thrived on before the modern food industry got involved.
Tailored to your situation.
Everyone’s different. I start by listening to where you are and what you’ve tried, then we work out an approach that fits your life. There’s no one-size-fits-all programme.
You learn to do this yourself.
The point of mentoring is that you eventually don’t need it. I want you to understand your own health well enough to make good decisions on your own.
