What to expect.

Book a free call

A free 20-minute video call. You tell me what is going on, I explain how I work, and we see whether there is a fit. If I cannot help, I will say so.

Choose your pace

A single session if you have a specific question, or a session pack if you want ongoing support with direct messaging access to me between sessions. You use your sessions at whatever pace suits you, weekly, fortnightly, or as needed.

We work through it together

Video sessions where we review what you are eating, what is not working, and what to change. The mental and emotional side of changing how you eat is most of the battle, and that is part of what we work on too. I share what I have learned so you understand why, not just what.

You learn to do this yourself

The goal is not to keep you coming back indefinitely. It is to get you to the point where you understand your own health well enough to navigate it with confidence.

Common questions

We talk through what is going on with your health, review what you are eating, and work out what to change and why. I share what I have learned from my own experience and research. You get practical guidance you can act on, and a written summary after every session. My preparation time is included in the price.


If you buy a 6 or 12-session pack, you can message me directly between sessions with questions or updates. It keeps things moving and means we do not spend session time catching up on things that could have been a quick message.


I am a mentor, not a doctor. I share what I have learned from personal experience and research, and I help you work out what makes sense for your situation. Medical advice and clinical guidance are outside my scope, but I will always point you toward the best research and material I have found. If something comes up that I cannot help with, I will tell you.


No. Your sessions do not expire. Use them weekly, fortnightly, or whenever it suits you. Most people find a weekly or fortnightly rhythm works best, but it is entirely up to you.


Yes. Twenty minutes to talk through what is going on and see whether we are a good fit for each other.


I will take that into account, and I will always recommend you talk to your GP before making changes.
