What to expect.
Discovery call
A free 20-minute video call. You tell me what’s going on, I explain how I work, and we see if it makes sense to go further.
Intake questionnaire
Before our first proper session, you fill in a questionnaire about your health, your habits, and what you’ve tried. It means I can come prepared.
Mentoring sessions
One-on-one video calls where we work through what’s happening with your health and figure out what to change.
Between-session support
You can message me between sessions with questions or updates. It keeps things moving and means we don’t spend session time catching up.

Common questions
Sessions are video calls on Google Meet (or phone if you prefer). I message you between sessions to check in, so we don’t spend session time on catch-up. You get a written summary after every session. My preparation time is included in the price.
I don’t do meal plans, medical advice, or supplements. I share what I know, point you toward good resources, and help you work out what makes sense for your situation. If something’s beyond my scope, I’ll tell you.
No. The single consult is there if you just want one conversation. The longer engagements are for people who want ongoing support. You can start with either.
Yes. If your Starter goes well and you want to keep going, we can move you into a Standard or Extended engagement. It’s straightforward.
Yes. 20 minutes, no obligation. It’s a conversation to see whether there’s a fit. If there isn’t, I’ll say so.
I’ll take that into account, and I’ll always recommend you talk to your GP before making changes. I’m a mentor, not a doctor. If something’s outside what I can help with, I’ll tell you.
