Rebuild your health!
Working one-on-one we calmly cut through the confusion, planning a simple and supported way forward. Every person is unique, one size, or diet, does not fit all.
Fifty years of government dietary guidelines have dismally failed us. The question is not "what am I doing wrong?" The advice was wrong!
About
I rebuilt my health from the ground up.
By 43 I had kidney stones, a fatty liver, and a gallbladder full of stones. I’d followed conventional dietary advice my entire life. It took years of research and trial and error before I finally figured out what actually works. I am now thriving.
I now work one-on-one with others to help turn their health around, and much more quickly. My approach is calm and respectful, we make a simple to follow but effective plan that supports healing to regain metabolic health. Real food, honest guidance.
The approach
One-on-one, grounded, mentoring.
Together we work out what's going on, finding a long term sustainable distraction free approach.
Founded in nutrition.
An ancestral approach to nutrition; quality meat, natural fats, delicious and traditional wholesome foods, is foundational to health restoration. Eschewing processed food and excessive carbohydrates, our metabolism liberated, will thrive.
Tailored to you.
Everyone's different. Our age, gender, genes, digestion and metabolism. Cultural food preferences and norms. History and current state of health. We couldn't be more diverse if we tried. Nuance is king and key to restoration. The basics, as outlined above, must be fitted, glove like, around you! There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
You learn to do this yourself.
The aim of mentoring is independence. My role is to help you develop the clarity, peace and discernment needed to long term navigate your own health with skill and confidence.

Nattokinase (Nick Norwitz MD PhD)
Can an enzyme derived from fermented soy, “Natto,” help reduce arterial plaque? This video takes a close look at the science behind “nattokinase”, a supplement that has gained attention in discussions about cardiovascular health. From its origins in traditional Japanese natto to more recent clinical research, the video explores whether this enzyme may play a role in lowering heart-disease risk. It explains how nattokinase functions in the body, including its ability to break down fibrin involved in blood clots, influence blood pressure, and affect oxidative stress. It reviews current research, including a large study involving more than 1,000 participants that reported improvements in markers associated with atherosclerosis and cholesterol. It also discusses dosage, safety, and where nattokinase might fit within a broader approach to heart health.
